HyperStrategy is run by two people, not a department. Noel and Dani started as a two-person design studio in 2010, grew it into a fifteen-person team, and in 2019 expanded across Latin America as the Minami Design Collective. In 2024, they distilled everything they had learned about building fast, functional products into HyperStrategy — a leaner practice built for leadership teams who need clarity now, not next quarter.
